A low, open pavilion of glass and natural stone, set into an olive slope above the lake. Floor-to-ceiling sliding windows dissolve the line between inside and out; purism replaces every ornament. Cool, clear surfaces by day — in the evening warm stone light bathes the rooms in a different mood, spacious enough that every object finds room to breathe. And where the architecture ends, the infinity pool begins: its edge merges visually with Lake Garda, while the LED-lit sauna suite waits for the ritual after a day by the water.

Where is the Residenza?
Above the south-eastern shore of Lake Garda near Cavaion Veronese (province of Verona), surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The lakeside towns of Lazise and Bardolino are a few minutes' drive away.
Can I book directly with no portal fee?
Yes. The Residenza is let privately — you correspond directly with your host Susanne, with no platform or portal fee.
What is the difference between the Residenza and the Villa?
The Residenza (up to 12 guests, ~400 m², private sauna, heated infinity pool, built in 2022) is the cool, minimalist wellness retreat. Villa Cavaion (up to 11 guests, ~300 m², indoor hot tub, saltwater infinity pool) is the warm, sociable retreat. The two stand side by side.
Can both houses be booked together?
Yes. The Residenza and the Villa sit right next to each other and can be rented together — for large groups and celebrations of up to around 18 guests.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at the Residenza.
How does check-in work?
Self-check-in via Nuki — contactless and flexible. Check-in from 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
How far are the lake and Verona?
The nearest lake / beach access is about 10 minutes away, Verona around 30 minutes.
