Where is Villa Cavaion?
Above the south-eastern shore of Lake Garda near Cavaion Veronese (province of Verona), surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The lakeside towns of Lazise and Bardolino are a few minutes' drive away.
Can I book directly with no portal fee?
Yes. The Villa is let privately — you correspond directly with your host Susanne, with no platform or portal fee.
What is the difference between the Villa and the Residenza?
Villa Cavaion (up to 11 guests, ~300 m², indoor hot tub, saltwater infinity pool) is the warm, sociable retreat. The Residenza (up to 12 guests, ~400 m², private sauna, heated infinity pool, built in 2022) is the cool, minimalist wellness retreat. The two stand side by side.
Can both houses be booked together?
Yes. The Villa and the Residenza sit right next to each other and can be rented together — for large groups and celebrations of up to around 18 guests.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at Villa Cavaion.
How does check-in work?
Self-check-in via a key box / Nuki — contactless and flexible. Check-in from 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
How far are the lake and Verona?
The nearest lake / beach access is about 10 minutes away, Verona around 30 minutes.
